Buddle Place Terms & Conditions

1) Provisional bookings will be held for three days prior to the 33% deposit payment being received and the booking form completed on our website

2) Payment of the 33% deposit & booking form completion creates a contract for rental of the property between you & the owners, Mrs Jay Lowein-Levy & Mr Mark Levy.

3) The permitted number of occupants at the property must not be exceeded.

4) The balance of the rental plus security deposit will be payable at least 10 weeks prior to the arrival date.

5) The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure subject to satisfactory checkout, the property being left tidy & undamaged as found.

6) Cancellation: if you need to cancel or amend your booking you must confirm this by email or in writing as soon as possible. If you cancel within seven days of our booking confirmation we will refund any deposit payment made to us. If you cancel after seven days of our booking confirmation we will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking, if a replacement booking is found we will refund all of your payment to us less any difference paid by the replacement client. If we cannot obtain a replacement booking your payments will not be refundable. We highly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

7) Unless changed by arrangement, occupancy of the property starts from 3.00pm on the arrival day and ends not later than 10.00am on departure day.
